The fact that the Indians won 96 games this year shows that they belong when playing the Yankees.
The Yankees are not some undefeated invincible juggernaut. They're a very good team that has some weaknesses. Just like every other team in the playoffs.
Don't give me this crap that the Indians don't even belong in the same series as them.
Hey big fella, maybe you ought to go back and read it one more time. You and many other Indians fans have been less-than-confident about the Indians chances...all the while, Yank fans have reminded everyone that they owned Cleveland during the regular season. I honestly think I'm the only person in the nation that had faith in the Indians.
So, watch yourself with that harsh tone.

Nobody has suggested they don't belong on the same field... that's inferiority complexes talking. Inf act, everyone kept saying to throw out the fact that the Yanks went 6-0 vs the Tribe this year.
Still, Pettitte was awesome... Carmona was awesomer. And if not for a nasty swarm of bugs rattling Joba, it'd be 1-1 with Rocket pitching tonight at the Stadium against Westbrook...
Oh, and a "god hates the Yankees" tag seems a bit un-christian to me.
The Indians hitters and pitchers had to deal with the bugs too... It's not as if the bugs only targeted Yankees pitchers.
Two things- Evil is evil. Clearly God was punishing Joba Chamberlain for signing with an evil entity.
(Do you think the tag or my comparo of that game to the plague of locusts is at all serious?)
The Red Sox won their series pretty easily vs the Angels. We look forward to beating either the Yankees or the Tribe in the ALCS. Thanks
