Alright, I've said it before, I'll say it again, I don't like the NBA. That said, Scott Pollard is the man. Yeah, yeah, you can talk about how great Allen, Garnett and Pierce are, but we all know, Scott Pollard is the reason for the Celtics success. His record speaks for itself:
-Kansas Jayhawks (34-2 #1 nearly all season)
-Sacramento Kings (dominated the West, only team to nearly beat Lakers)
-Indiana Pacers (great regular season team, couldn't beat the Pistons)
-Cleveland Cavaliers (NBA finalist, Eastern Conference Champs)
-Boston Celtics (record-setting winning percentage in '07/'08 first half of the season)
The question is, will the Celtics take advantage of Pollard's immense talent or fall prey to fates similar to the above teams by not using Pollard's talents when the chips are down? That question will be answered by time and coaching genius Doc Rivers.
