In the first half as MSU was absolutely lambasting IU, the Izzone began chanting, "We want tacos!" This was a reference to their ticket which read that if the Spartans scored 70, each ticket holder would get one for free. Congrats, Sparty! You almost could have gotten tacos at the half, almost.
Now, how can I motivate the Nittany Lions...burger? How about the Wildcats...egg roll?
I don't know, but I'd love to see some more help. Problem is, there's still plenty of meat left on our Boilers' plate in the remaining games without worrying about anyone else.
For now, thanks Tom, Drew & Co...honestly, if I was an MSU fan, I'd be a bit pissed and now asking, "Where have we been the last few weeks?" At least you're playing well now.

Mark Wohlford denied the Purdue students free Wendy's yesterday by not jacking up a 3 in the final seconds. (The Paint Crew gets free Wendy's if we score over 70).
Now if I am a walk-on and I get the ball in the closing seconds I am becoming James Bond. I consider it a license to shoot. If I score, what is coach going to do, take the points away from me?

That game yesterday was a classic. I have to say that EG puts on quite the pouty-face every time something doesn't go his way. He better get over that come next fall when he starts getting a bigger paycheck, er, I mean starts getting a check.
How did they lose to Grand Valley State, Iowa, and Penn State? No way they should have lost those games with the leadership of Nieztel and Izzo.
Gordon gets away with so many offensive fouls during his bull rushes to the hoop. I really think he is better suited for the gridiron.
Hightower actually called that bull rush an offensive foul yesterday. He had to change his tactics when he drove the rest of the game...
