Taylor's Injury Confirmed: Torn ACL

Keep your head up, J!

Jaycen Taylor is staying positive, but it's now been confirmed that he has a torn ACL. Here his comments here.

If any students visit this site and know Jaycen, tell him a few old, fat and faithful Boiler alums are pulling for his quick and full recovery. We're all looking forward to seeing big things in '09.

This sucks, but we'll survive. I'm curious about what you think of Siller's move.

I don't get it- it reminds me a lot of Foran. That ended well.

There is a lack of quality mohawks in the NCAA - Jaycen's will be missed.

Siller? Foran? Que onda guero?

Paul, study up on your useless third-string Purdue QB banter and you'll catch up...

Foran was a third-string (or 4th) QB a few years ago who was moved to RB by Tiller because he couldn't make passes. He later transferred to Princeton where he started his Senior season (I believe '07).

Siller, similarly was the third string, but many thought he'd surpass Elliot as second-stringer and would become the heir apparent to Painter. Didn't happen. He was moved to RB two days ago...It looks like history might be repeating itself.

In addition, Boilerdowd, formerly of Section 119, has abdicated his seats and will now be starting at Fatback.
