I always thought that book, The Audacity of Hope was about something else.

Matt, I'm worried that he wants to grow the coaching staff. I think a smaller coaching staff is more nimble and can react to the fanbase and issues quicker.
Nice boilerdowd, I agree. I also don't agree with this concept of spreading the PT around.
