Another Reason To Strive To Not Wind Up In Detroit

Just in case you hadn't already heard, apparently being invited to a December bowl game in Detroit wasn't punishment enough for having a mediocre Big Ten season.

No, going to such a lovely locale in late December, to play a MAC team that might just be good enough to knock you off isn't enough fun, so to further demoralize the honoree, they're talking about changing the name of the game from the Motor City Bowl to the Little Caesars Pizza, Pizza Bowl. Yes, apparently with a freaking comma in the middle of the name.

Awesome.

I thought Little Caesars went out of business years ago.

I've seen them crop up in Chicago and Indianapolis. Remember, when you buy Little Caesar's, you're supporting the Red Wings.

Little Caesar's is good pizza. There used to be one right next to my house in Chesterton, IN.

Oh, you cute little midwesterners and your judgment of what is "good pizza."

What? Was the GM Bailout Bowl already taken?

The pizza is just average, but Crazy Bread is crazy delicious. Like Matt I grew up w/ the Indian Boundary location, so maybe that one was just better.
