Got a mention in a BS post(@MrSpooky), now I can die feeling content.
I missed the Twitter fun yesterday. However, I have a basketball signed by the entire 1985 team, Coach Keady included. It was procured by Melvin MCants, whom my wife was tutoring during their freshman year. I didn't meet my wife until sophomore year, so I missed out on the courtside seat action courtesy of Melvin's family tickets.
A couple signed photos of QBs , Drew, Everett, Herman, Danielson and Dawson. A Woodson and a signed Moose Skowron which he wrote "while hitting a cool .500 at Purdue" (at my request - he was very humble and a hell of a nice guy when i met him).
Favorite piece of memorabilia is an autographed photo of early 1980's Gene Keady with my dad, brother and I on the Boilermaker Special.
Rose Bowl Ticket Stubs, A JPC Parking Only Sign, and a Glass Pitcher from Harry's that I politely borrowed the night before graduation.
