But if you must, the IndyStar managed to do a really short Q&A with new Boilermaker Robert Marve in which he acknowledges he effed up the name of the school when announcing his intentions.
He also describes himself as "a gunslinger." Hoo-boy.
Enjoy. And go outside, for pete's sake.

I got a little nervous too when Marve said he "will be attending the University of..." but at least he got the "Purdue" part right.
I hear ya on that "Hoo-boy", well said! Robert Marve to me, is like a cross between Jim Everett and Drew Brees; he has a similar build and passing mechanics as Everett (with the passing touch of Mark Herrmann), while his on-field presence and football smarts/instincts are uncanny and very Drew Brees-like.
I've seen him play a few games his Junior and Senior years of high school and last year too, and Marve has gotten bigger and stronger; Marve is the real deal and I doubt there will be any problems because Purdue will be a good fit for him and our offense will do very well. If our D is even average then, we win a lot of games in '10 and '11. Here's to our D being really good!!
