As mentioned, we have a guest on tonight's Handsome Hour Podcast from the Big Ten Stadium Tour, which is pulling into West Lafayette this weekend. However, one of their members got an offer to go to the USC-UND game in South Bend and has chosen to abandon his brethren.

His own Big Ten Tour-mates are not pleased and have demonstrated their lack of pleasure with this post.

Handsome Hour for October 14 Reminder

Admit it -- we're much better to listen to that most of the utterly awful dreck that passes for "sports radio" these days. And we're only on once a week, so how annoying can we be? (Wait, don't answer that.)

The Boiled Sports Handsome Hour for October 14. More tent-folding than you can shake a wobbly punt at. And hopefully, it'll actually be streaming live this week.

We also expect to be joined early in the hour by one of the gentlemen who have been on the Big Ten Stadium Tour this year. They're on their way to Purdue this weekend and are always looking for people to visit with, get a feel for tailgating, etc. Our Boilers may not be winning much, but we can at least show these guys a good time. The Big Ten Football Tour

We were recently contacted by these guys for tips on what to do and see while they're on campus for the Purdue-OSU game on October 17, as part of their Big Ten Football Tour.

The leader of this motley bunch is a guy named Drew who, last season, visited every single NBA arena in a single season. So, by comparison, 11 straight weeks of Big Ten football stadiums sounds tame. Either he's independently wealthy or he raises his funds as a prostitute. Maybe both.

Anyway, read up on these guys and, if there's a change you're going to be at a game they're also going to, contact them (or call them -- their cell phones are listed) because they'd love to tailgate with you (and earn gas money, in any way you are willing to offer it).

Okay, so I made that last part up.

Adam Rittenberg Doesn't Much Like Ross-Ade

I like Adam Rittenberg -- the guy is a pro (not a hooker). But his latest list isn't a favorite. However, since we're all about integrity and hard-hitting reporting here at BS (not really), I figured I'd share it with you all.

For those who didn't see it, Adam ranked the Big Ten stadiums (see, he's bored in the off-season, too) and our lovely Ross-Ade finished ninth out of ten (he hasn't seen a game in Minny's new stadium yet -- no one has).

Hard to argue much of the list, but I think our biggest bone to pick would be with ranking Ryan Field (basically a glorified high school-quality stadium) ahead of the home of the Boilermakers.
